Our Approach

Our implementation philosophy, Information Road Map (IRM) is modelled on two Australian Standards:

• AS/NZS ISO/IEC 15910:2004 Information Technology - Software user documentation process.
• AS/NZS 4598.2:1999 On-Screen documentation.

Information Road Map provides Wordlink (Aust) Pty Ltd with the framework to successfully provide our clients with products and services that meet their requirements.
Our objectives are to:
